If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a return within 3 days of delivery.
Conditions for return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
Refunds are issued:
- To original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- Or via bank transfer (for COD orders)
